Options

Currently there are not that many options to manage:

Email Address

If you enter a valid email address, bBlog will email you when people make comments to your post.

Blog Name _{$blogname}_

You can use this in your template as the main title of your blog.

Blog Description _{$blogdescription}_

A sub-title for your blog.

Template

The name of the template you wish to use. This is set to default by, er, default.

Default Modifier

Select the standard way the text of your posts will be processed. See Modifiers for more information.

Default Post Status

Select Live or Draft. Definition Required

Character set

Used to set which charter set to use for templates and browser support.

Writing/reading direction

Can be set to Left to Right or Right to Left

Notify websites of new posts

Automatically ping blog services when you post. Definition Required

Require your approval before comments appear

Usefull to stem comment spam and to control how your blog is used.

Send notifications for new comments

Email you when people add comments. Definition Required (because mine is set to No and I still get 'em!)

META Keywords for search engines

Most search engines no-longer check META keywords but it is still somewhat usefull.

Comment Flood Protection

Used to prevent web comments from coming in too fast. Save Options
